HOLLYWOOD -PAL - DANNY ELLIS

It was brought to my attention Sunday morning that a kid Danny Ellis that plays for my 7u also played for Washington Park. During my investigation I found that the coaches knew nothing about it and that the mother and father is going through a custody battle and her and boyfriend wants him to play for Washington Park and the Dad wants him at the the Pal in the AYFL. We've decided to release the kid because of the situation we can't be sure his mother isn't going to take him back to Washington Park and it's about the team not a kid. Thanks

RCC could not find any evidence of any knowledge by any individual associated with Hollywood program that player was playing in 2 different leagues.

Recommendation: While player is ineligible, RCC believes same to be clerical. Therefore, the RCC does not recommend any forfeits.
